1. CONTEST PERIOD:
Winners for Cashciety’s “Contest of Skill,” (the “Contest”) are drawn twice a month. They are drawn on i. the Second Saturday of the month and; ii. the Fourth Saturday of the month. There are two “Contests” each month (Contest 1 and Contest 2).
(1.1) Contest 1:
“Contest 1” starts at 12:00 p.m. (PT) on the second Saturday of the month and ends on the fourth Saturday of each fiscal month at 11:59 a.m. (PT) (the “Contest Period”).
(1.2) Contest 2:
“Contest 2” starts at 12:00 p.m. (PT) on the fourth Saturday of the month and ends on the second Saturday of each fiscal month at 11:59 a.m. (PT) (the “Contest Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER:
This Contest of Skill is open to legal residents of Canada (except Quebec), the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States (except Rhode Island) and most of the 195 countries around the world (please check your country’s laws on Promotional Contests of Skill to see if your country allows you to participate) who have reached the age of 19 at the time of entry, except employees, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are domiciled, whether related or not) of Cashciety, or any of its advertising/promotion agencies and any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively, the “Contest Parties”).

To enter, go to https://www.cashciety.com (the “Website”) and follow the on-screen instructions to successfully enter Cashciety’s Official Skill Testing Contest. Fully complete the Entry Form with all required information (i) enter your full first, middle and last name(s), complete mailing address (including postal code) and valid email address; and (ii) signify your agreement that you have read and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and Regulations (the “Rules”). Once you have fully completed the Entry Form with all required information and agreed to the Rules, follow the on-screen instructions to submit your completed Entry Form to be eligible to earn one (1) Entry.

To obtain one (1) Entry into Cashciety’s Skill Testing Contest by Mail, you must i. Follow us on Instagram or follow us on Facebook from the time of entry until the time of the drawing to be eligible for the Free Entry; ii. Print your FIRST NAME, any middle names, LAST NAME(s), complete MAILING ADDRESS (including postal code/zip code) and signature on a plain white piece of paper and mail it (in an envelope with sufficient Canadian postage) along with a self addressed and self stamped envelope to receive your winning cheque to: “Cashciety” 5536 Molina Road, North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada V7R-4P4 (the “Request”). Upon receipt of your Request in accordance with these Rules, you will be eligible to receive one (1) Entry. To be eligible, your Request must: (i)be received separately in a single envelope bearing sufficient Canadian postage (i.e. multiple Requests in the same envelope will be void); (ii) be hand written; and (iii) be post-marked during the Contest Period and received by no later than the Draw Date (as defined below in Rule 9). The Contest Parties and each of their respective officers, governors, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”)are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any late, lost, misdirected, delayed or incomplete Entry Requests (all of which are void). To be eligible, your Entry (regardless of the method of entry) must be submitted and received in accordance with these Rules.
4. ENTRY LIMIT:
There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person (regardless of the method of entry) per Contest of Skill. If it is discovered by Cashciety (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Cashciety) that any person has attempted to: (i)obtain more than one (1) Entry; and/or (ii) use multiple names, identities, email addresses and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s), and/or any other means not in keeping with Cashciety’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Skill Testing Contest (all as determined by Cashciety in its sole and absolute discretion); then he/she may be disqualified from the Skill Testing Contest in the sole and absolute discretion of Cashciety. An Entry may be rejected if (in the sole and absolute discretion of Cashciety) it is not submitted and received in accordance with these Rules. The Released Parties are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any late, lost, misdirected, delayed or incomplete Entries (all of which are void).
(4.1) ENTRY FEE ALLOCATION:
All Paid Entries are allocated in the following ways; i. One dollar and twenty five cents ($1.25) goes into Cashciety’s Cash Prize Pool; ii. Forty cents ($0.40) plus six percent (6%) of all collected monies are collected by PayPal and Stripe immediately upon all successful transactions; iii. Five percent (5%) is set aside for Cashciety’s Hardship Assistance Fund; iv. Twelve percent (12%) is set aside for taxes; v. Whatever monies remain of the two dollars and seventy five cents ($2.75) will go to support Cashciety.com.
(4.2) E-TRANSFER ENTRY
All paid Entries received by e-Transfer will add an additional thirty cents ($0.30) to Cashciety’s Limitless Cash Prize Pool.
5. CASH PRIZE POOL
The best part! The only Prize to be won is CASH. Cashciety’s Cash Prize Pool (“The Total Undivided Prize”) is limitless. “The Total Undivided Prize” that is displayed on www.Cashciety.com is the total cash prize available, from which the eligible winners will split. “The Total Undivided Prize” will continue to rise with each paid Entry submission (mentioned in section 4.1 and 4.2) until the last day of each month. At approximately 12:00 p.m. (PT), “The Total Unidivided Prize” amount will be documented and then dispersed according to section 6. and 6.b. At 12:01 p.m. (PT) all Paid entries received will be eligible to be won in the subsequent contest of skill; meaning all Paid Entries will be added into Cashciety’s subsequent contest when received after 12:00 p.m. (PT) on Cashciety’s Draw date.
5. SPONSOR’S RIGHT TO VERIFY:
All Entries and Requests are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. Cashciety reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to Cashciety–including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Entry, Request and/or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Skill Testing Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason Cashciety deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Skill Testing Contest in accordance with the Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of Cashciety within the timeline specified by Cashciety may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of Cashciety. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Skill Testing Contest will be the official time-keeping device(s) used by Cashciety. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures etc.) or attempted transmission of an Entry or of an attempted Entry or of any communication, does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt by Cashciety.
6. THE PRIZE PAYOUT:
There will be several Cash Prizes (the “Prize”) available to be won. For each Skill Testing Contest, winner positions are paid as follows: i. First Place will receive sixty percent (60%) of the total Cash Prize Pool; ii. Second Place will receive ten percent (10%) of the total Cash Prize Pool; iii. Third will receive five percent (5%) plus an additional five dollars ($5.00); iv. Fourth place will receive five percent (5%); v. Fifth Place and on will receive five dollars ($5.00) each until the Cash Prize Pool reaches a total value of zero (0) dollars; all paid in the form of cash, eTransfer or cheque. Any remaining amount less than five dollars ($5.00) will be moved over and added to the subsequent months Cash Prize Pool.
(6.1) FREE ENTRY PRIZE PAYOUTS:
Three percent (3%) of winners will receive Free Entry into Cashciety’s subsequent fiscal months contest of skill. All Free Entries are required to be used to enter the subsequent months contest. If you have more than one (1) Free Entry, each Free Entry will be used in each subsequent months contest of skill until your Free Entries reach a total of zero (0)].
(6.2) REQUEST OF A SPECIFIC TYPE OF PAYOUT:
All payouts will be paid using the Canada Post by Cash or Check. There is an option to be paid out by a method called eTransfer (available in Canada only) at the winners request. Any other method of payment may be requested from Cashciety, but Cashciety reserves the right to deny those requests and pay by Cash, Check or eTransfer upon its sole discretion.
7. ELIGIBLE PRIZE WINNER SELECTION PROCESS:
On the second Saturday of each fiscal month (the “Draw Date”) in Vancouver, BC at approximately 12:00 p.m. (PT), multiple eligible entrants will be selected by random draw from among all eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules. The winner selected will have had to answer the Skill Testing Question (mentioned in part 9) correctly in order to receive their winning check (the prize). The odds of winning are 1 in 16.7 of all valid entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules.
8. ELIGIBLE WINNER NOTIFICATION PROCESS:
Cashciety or its designated representative will make a minimum of two (2) attempts to contact the eligible winner (using the information available to Cashciety) within seven (7) business days of selection as an eligible winner. If the eligible winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) business days of Cashciety’s first attempted contact, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable and/or if any correspondence is not responded to; then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of Cashciety, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and Cashciety reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to select an alternate eligible winner in accordance with the applicable procedures as outlined in these Rules (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible winner).
9. ELIGIBLE WINNER CONFIRMATION PROCESS:
NO ONE IS A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL THE SPONSOR OFFICIALLY CONFIRMS HIM/HER AS A WINNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES, EVEN IF SUCH PERSON IS ANNOUNCED AS THE WINNER OR AN ELIGIBLE WINNER. BEFORE BEING DECLARED AS A CONFIRMED
PRIZE WINNER, the eligible winner will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question (The Skill) without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of Cashciety, be administered online, by email or other electronic means, by telephone, or in Cashciety’s form of declaration and release). If Cashciety in any way suspects (with proof) that the winner has used an aid to complete the test question, Cashciety reserves the right to administer a new test question solely for that specified winner. By participating in the Contest and accepting a Prize, the eligible winner hereby: (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize (as awarded); (iii) releases the Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the applicable Prize or any portion thereof; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of Cashciety in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet. Cashciety will require the eligible winner to sign and return Cashciety’s form of declaration and release prior to confirming the eligible winner as a confirmed winner in accordance with these Rules. If an eligible winner: (a) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; (b) fails to properly execute and return any required Contest documents within the specified time; (c) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) the applicable Prize (as awarded) for any reason; and/or (d) is determined to be in violation of these Rules (all as determined by Cashciety in its sole and absolute discretion); then he/she will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and Cashciety reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to select an alternate eligible winner in accordance with the applicable procedures as outlined in these Rules (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible winner).
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. The decisions of Cashciety with respect to all aspects of this Skill Testing Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal. ANYONE DEEMED BY CASHCIETY TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE CASHCIETY’S INTERPRETATION OF THE LETTER AND/OR SPIRIT OF THESE RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF CASHCIETY AT ANY TIME. Cashciety reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual that it deems to be in violation of these Rules. Cashciety reserves the right to refuse an Entry from any person whose eligibility is in question or who has been disqualified or is otherwise ineligible to enter. In its sole and absolute determination, Cashciety may disqualify any person who acts in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person and to void all such person’s Entries.
The Released Parties will not be liable for: (i) any failure of any website or any platform during or after the Contest; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (iii) the failure of any information or materials whatsoever to be received, captured, recorded or function properly for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (iv) any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Contest; (v) anyone being incorrectly and/or mistakenly identified as a winner or eligible winner; and/or (vi) any combination of the above. Cashciety reserves the right, to withdraw, amend or suspend this Contest (or to amend these Rules) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of Cashciety that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules, including, without limitation, any error, problem, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or failure of any kind whatsoever. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Skill Testing Contest in any way (as determined by Cashciety in its sole and absolute discretion) may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Cashciety reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Cashciety reserves the right, to cancel, amend or suspend this Contest, or to amend these Rules, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, Cashciety reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules or the rights and obligations of participants, Cashciety or any of the other the Released Parties in connection with the Skill Testing Contest will be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. The parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in British Columbia in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these Rules or relating to these Skill Testing Contests. All Social Media avenues Cashciety is connected to are not sponsors and/or affiliated in any way with Cashciety’s Skill Testing Contests and are only used as means to reach Cashciety’s audience.
