CASHCIETY’S Terms and Conditions
The promoter is: Cashciety, whose registered office is located in [Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada] with [Business Number: 81682 1045 BC0001].
This skill testing contest is open to residents of Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom aged 19 years or over except employees of Cashciety and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competitions.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
In order to be eligible for free entry to this competition, you must follow us on Instagram – @Cashciety or Facebook – @CashcietyCash, please see Long Rules.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Cashciety will pick the winners of each skill testing contest at random from all complete entries via our website, and any Social Media Network avenues we may use.

Cashciety has a Facebook page, an Instagram presence and a Twitter account, along with Pinterest Snapchat among other forms of social media platforms that we use to reach our audience.
Only one entry will be accepted per person, per contest. Multiple paid entries from the same person during any one contest period, will be considered a donation to Cashciety’s Cash Prize Pool for that contest period, so “Thank You.”
Closing date for entry will be on every second Saturday of the month as well as every fourth Saturday of the month @ 11:59 a.m. (PT). After this drawing date and time, you will be permitted to enter the contest again. One entry per person, per contest period.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. You will receive a confirmation email once Cashciety is in official receipt of your entry. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam filter or email Cashciety at email@example.com.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
1.0 The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
2.0 The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
3.0 The prize is as follows:
The cash prize is as stated at 12:00 p.m. (PT) on the drawing date. No other alternatives will be offered. The cash prizes are not transferable. Cheques will not be made out in any other name other than the entrants stated name.
3.1 Winners will be chosen:
On the second and fourth Saturday of each fiscal month at 12:00 p.m. (PT) the winners will be chosen and notified within 48 business hours.
4.0 The winner will be notified by email within 48 business hours of the closing date for that particular contest. If any of the winners cannot be contacted or does not claim the cash prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
5.0 The promoter will notify the winner when and where the cash prize can be collected.
5.1 The winner can request payment by eTransfer or by cheque.
5.2 Cashciety‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
6.0 The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.0 By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8.0 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Canadian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
9.0 The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner will be used solely in accordance with current Canadian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. Any personal data relating to all entrants that have not won, will be deleted.
9.1 Unless the winner expressly withdraws consent of the use of his/her name and image to be published, it will be published.
10.0 The winner’s name will be available for 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: [firstname.lastname@example.org]
11.0 Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
